ABOUT OUR FOUNDER:


The Mazawey Group was founded in 2020 by Rich Mazawey.


Rich brings over a decade of experience across marketing, creative, branding, digital, and experiential strategy, with a strong focus in the luxury and ultra-luxury sectors. His background spans automotive, real estate, lifestyle, and hospitality-led brand environments, giving him a unique perspective on how premium brands connect with modern audiences.


Throughout his career, Rich has helped develop and execute campaigns, partnerships, content strategies, and brand experiences for some of the world’s most prestigious names. His work blends traditional marketing discipline with digital-first thinking, creating campaigns that are not only visually compelling, but strategically aligned.


Prior to founding The Mazawey Group, Rich led marketing and digital initiatives for leading luxury real estate brokerages. He also spent eight years with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Americas, where he managed digital marketing operations, social media, and creative initiatives. During his tenure, Rich contributed to a modern evolution of the brand’s marketing approach through content, partnerships, experiential concepts, and audience-focused strategy.


Today, Rich continues to bring that same luxury mindset to The Mazawey Group, helping brands elevate their presence, sharpen their message, and create marketing that feels both premium and purposeful.
